Toby’s Cup has been around for a while. I remember passing the place as a kid and had my first “Toby’s” experience in college.

After telling the family about Toby’s Cup when we passed it several times over the past few years, today was the day they had an opportunity to experience this place themselves.

My wife and two daughters had cheesesteaks. My son, a hamburger. Everyone had a “Thick Vanilla,” one of two styles of milkshakes that do not disappoint.

For less than $40, everyone ate and enjoyed this classic roadside eatery. Definitely worth a stop when you are passing through Phillipsburg on Route 22.
